Yes. All my service is on-site. I come to your home or office instead of having you drop off equipment.
Do you repair laptops?
Yes. I repair laptops as well as desktop PCs, on-site at your home or office.
Can you recover files from a failed computer or drive?
Yes. I do data recovery, and I'll look at the device first and tell you what I find.

Yes. I set up home networks and mesh Wi-Fi systems on-site so the signal reaches the rooms you actually use.
Can you fix Wi-Fi dead spots in my house or office?
Yes. I diagnose why the signal drops in certain areas and fix it, whether that means moving equipment, adding mesh points or running a wired access point.
Do you set up small-business networks, firewalls and guest Wi-Fi?
